the breakfast was waaaaay too plain, eggs and meat every single morning, how original. the pool was filthy with hair and debris, I guess cleanliness isn't a priority here. I woudl ve been pleased with an upgrade or at least a 'sorry' after this experience, but nothing—what a letdown, almost wrote a good review, but just couldn't.

The morning staff is awesome, and the cleaning crew knows customer service. The gym has a nice setup with a Peloton bike and a variety of equipment. Bath essentials like lemon-scented shampoo and lotion were a nice touch. The walk-in shower was clean with hot water, though the pressure was just okay.

The pool cleanliness is a concern. debris gathers, and there are signs of neglect like hair and leaves on the bottom throughout the week. The elevator moves at a snail's pace, making the stairs a quicker option. Furniture feels cheap and flimsy, except for the bed that meets requirements.

The colorful lobby was a great spot to unwind, while the kids loved the pool table. The morning fire alarm was jolting but staff handled it well.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was super spacious and modern! I loved the fantastic bathroom and the shower. Only thing missing was a bit more variety in breakfast, but the morning staff was really nice. Overall, a solid stay!
